Are rabbits like some animals who are super secret when they have babies and won’t have them if you are watching? I ask because I really would want to watch mine having babies haha and maybe I shouldn’t?
Yes! They have them at night usually 😕 and you don't want to stress them out. But if your rabbits are used to you, it shouldn't bother them. Mirabelle is used to my scent, but since she hasn't met Vera yet, she gets very upset when she smells her on me.
 
I am so ready for these babies!!We we're able to see them moving around multiple times and got another rabbit breeders opinion and they said she is for sure those are babies!! She is surprised she didn't have them yesterday, so hopefully tonight! 😄😁 If they have developed this far along to be jumping around in there, lol!

I hope I wake up to see a picture of babies!
 
So still no babies! But there are so many squirming around in her. She is so pregnant!! I have begun to wonder if Nate made her pregnant since it's almost been a full 31 days since we had him with Mir. But around that time too, Caspian became very protective of Mirabelle and began trying to mate more. We will see!

If both parents are homozygous on all alleles where that is possible you have these three possibilities

50% AABBCcchdDDeeEnen (broken black agouti non-extention)

25% AABBCcchdDDeeenen (black agouti non-extention)

25% AABBCcchdDDeeEnEn (Charlie black agouti non-extention) -this one would be particularly interesting since Charlie's already have most of their pigment removed, plus the addition of the non-extention which will further remove dark pigmentation


The most complicated scenario leads to 156 unique allelic combinations.

This is the 5 trait cross with locus’ A-E, but then you have to multiple this Punnet Square by three (technically by four but two quarters will be broken so it is not unique allelic combinations) to account for the En locus.

That sounds like Chinese to me. 😂 Em, you really need to give me a lesson on genetics some time. I would love to learn, but I just don't get it.
