Thank you, we had the shed already for when we had sheep so we just built cages into it. They do get more light than the picture shows! And of course when it’s not raining they get time to run around in the run. I’m kicking myself because I saw a 12 hole commercial cage that looked to be in great condition for only $150. I didn’t tell the hubby and checked again today and it was gone!! Hope you get better soon! Allergies can be miserable.

Oh darn! I stalk Craigslist DAILY. On the look out for a proven pedigree buck... Either for rent or just for a short time for Vera, then I'll keep some doe's from that litter, and if Caspian works, then I'll use him, and if he doesn't I'll get a new one as a young guy so I can raise him friendly.

I do wish we were closer! I’d let you use one of mine! Caspian is so beautiful so I hope he works out for you. He will have some pretty babies!
 
Does anyone know if raised two young bucks together would they fight? Or could they get along? Is it hit or miss?

I don’t have much experience. But, we’ve let our bucks run around a large fenced in area, where they had plenty of space to stay away from each other while we supervised and they still would fight.
