I have two doe's and a buck with supervision, they can play in the grass and since we don't have chemicals on it nor do our neighbors and they all live a good ways away, they can eat it as well.

Welllll….crazy story. We just found out we have a sexing error also . Hershey, is actually a he. We found out after letting the “does” run around in their pen today. They have been together at least once, maybe twice prior to today. I don’t remember seeing anything happen before today but because it’s so quick and I wasn’t looking for that, there could be a chance I missed it. SOOOO I am officially in your same situation!! And don’t know exactly when she’ll be due. Haha!! But I’ve been told she’s a great mother from her previous litters so hopefully it will go smoothly.

When we put all the does in the pen to run around I saw him doing the deed and then I checked him. So the blue harlequin doe should be bred by him now. No babies this morning?

Yes I checked! Most definitely a buck haha. The breeder was shocked because she got him from another breeder/friend of hers who she said was never wrong and so she never checked for herself! The pedigree says he’s a doe even. Haha oh well, I don’t mind him being a buck. He’s the sweetest one. So, I have two does and two bucks. She was bringing me another buck but now that Hershey turned out a buck, she will bring me a doe instead. So I’m anxious to see what color doe I will add. Also anxious to see what babies these two produce.
