I think we usually did a week to two weeks. A week is probably good enough!

I had my cat strictly inside for a few years before I moved and once i moved to my new property she decided she liked it more outside after just a couple weeks. She stays close. Her beebs were born in my house and were inside fir 5 weeks before mom and beebs were evicted lol they stay very close
