Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Found a recipe I had. Looks pretty good.
Here you go:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. cheeze whiz
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 10-oz. box chopped broccoli
3 1/2 ounces of minute rice

Melt butter; add onion and cheese whiz. Stir over low heat until cheese whiz is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.


Enjoy.

A woman at our church makes a large one of these for potlucks. It's so good! She adds buttered cracker crumbs to the top and it's gone in a flash. Thanks for posting the recipe. I have broccoli in the freezer.
