Do I need to help my roo

What do you mean by always drooping? Like how Fuzzys wings are drooping? Is it hot where you are?

With Fuzzy I did equate it to the heat at first but asked just to be sure. Since his beak was troubling him I wanted to make sure his wings drooping weren’t a sign of something else going on as well. But as @RoostersAreAwesome mentioned it’s a sign of trying to cool off.

No it's not hot we have super cold winter here and he's been drooping all winter...
