Broken beak

Help!!! My 17 week old chick has a broken upper beak. We tried to realign it but only moved it slightly. As i look at it from the inside of her mouth, i see it is broken also. The bleeding has stopped, unless she tries to eat. We did glue it at base, but im not sure she'll be okay. I can tell she is in pain. Please help!!! What can i do? Do i have to put her down? She is my favorite chicken. I call her sweet chloe, and this is devastating to me.
Could another chicken do this?
What am i to do?????

Ouch, poor girl! Your best bet will be to realign it and then cast it back into place. I've seen people do that using a piece of teabag dipped in glue to act as a cast for it.

And for pain, you can dissolve five 5 grain aspirin in a gallon of water and offer it to her free choice.
