Broken beak

Hi friends
I noticed this a few days ago
She is broody and sharing the same nest with two more broody as well!
Can be this from a fight? Should I worry?
She is eating well and taking sand baths and being herself as usual
No eggs on the nest since I don't have a rooster but they like to sit there
Should I force them outside?

As long as the beak is stable, I would leave it alone and it will gradually grow out. If it becomes unstable then it may need help, I will attach a link for that below.
For the broodies, if they are not going to hatch eggs it's best to break them. They don't eat and drink well while broody and it's hard on them. There is no need for them to go through that if they aren't going to raise chicks. You put them individually in a wire crate raised off the ground on bricks or blocks or boards, so the air can circulate all around them. No bedding of any kind. Their own food and water. They stay there until they stop being broody. That can take a day or two, or a week, depending on how stubborn they are and if it's very warm outside it can take longer. Images for example below. If you let her out and she goes back to the next box, then back to the crate for longer, she's not ready. Unless you have 3 crates you will need to do one at a time and then start the next when she's finished.

Breaking them is not as bad as it looks. They are much happier once they are back to normal!

She may be grumpy about it, but she'll be happy later. Don't rush it, it may take several days. Depending on your ambient temperature, the warmer it is outside, the longer it may take. Make sure she's safe from predators over night.
