Never had any issues with their feet from turtles.

 I'd still try to put some antibiotic gel on it a couple times a day, maybe at a time where she'll have a little while away from digging in the mud and water. Maybe at least just before bedtime so it'll have more of a chance of staying on longer? Honestly though, I think the wound will heal up fine and she will adjust to life this way, but that piece won't grow back. Preening properly might be a problem for her, so just watch out for wet feather.
