Broken chicken

Yeah, so... I have 4 hens 1 rooster. All the same age (8 months). 3 of them are laying and have been laying for quite some time (since the beginning of august). Not even from different litters! I guess she could be a late bloomer? I am just curious as to if anyone else out there had any late layers?

I have four hens: 1 is molting, so she is not laying, 1 is mothering her chicks, so she is not laying, 2 hatched in June and should now be laying, but the days are shorter -- I am betting they now won't lay till spring.

I am clearly not in this for the eggs!

I know she is not laying because I have seen everyone else laying. I get 2 white eggs (from my leghorns) and 1 brown egg (from the one that is not laying 's sister). She is a black star/bantam mix. She is not very photogenic. I attached the only picture I have of her.
