Broken duck wing

My duck felicity is moving very slow and won’t move her one wing. The wing is in a weird position, it’s kinda hanging down by her leg, if that makes sense. I can’t get a picture because she is super skittish. Does this sound like a broken wing? Please help. How do I fix it?? Thanks everyone.

Can you catch her and take a picture of it? I can't tell you what might help until you can.

It will be lots easier to see if you can snap a quick pic! It does not have to be very good or clear just need a little pic to see that wing. It might even be angle wing....
