Hello!
I was wondering if anybody could help me. We are doing out first set of hatching, and one egg wound up damaged. My friends brother picked the egg up and put a hole in it. The baby stopped moving for a while so he was going to get rid of it, but upon closer inspection, the little guy was still moving around, and has continued to be moving for the past few days. I believe this is day 24, but has anybody ever had this happen and had the goose survive? We can hear his little chirps, but I'm assuming that it's because there is a hole in egg. Any suggestions on what to do? ANY and all advice greatly appreciated!

If you hear peeping I'd think it has pipped into the air sac and is going to be hatching soon. so keep it in the bator and keep your humidity up around 65-70% [I think] sorry I don't use bators. I'll get you some info.

This link will tell you what your humidity should be when they go into lock down it has lots of great info.https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/491013/goose-incubation-hatching-guide-completed
