Do you just substitute duck eggs in any recipe or are there special instructions when using duck eggs? Thanks for the suggestions!

 

[TLWR]

substitute 1 for 1 for up to 2-3 eggs. If your duck eggs are huge, you might want to reduce the numbers some times.

 

[Duck Drover]

We have bantam Australian Spotted ducks so their eggs are the size of chicken eggs. We don't have to do conversions like you do with larger duck eggs.
