Hi, my duck just survived a dog attack, and end up having a broken leg. I'm not sure what to do but I did do therapy and a cast. She also can't stand on her leg.

She won’t be able to walk on it until it heals. A vet can make sure it’s set properly and taking it is the best option if it’s in your means.
I’ve never dealt with a broken leg myself but if the brake just occurred I’m not sure physical therapy should be started until after it’s healed more.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will come along.

In case it helps how long ago did the attack occur and How did you splint the leg? @Sillyducks

All this happened yesterday morning.
I had a gander break a goslings leg (upper leg). I brought the gosling to an avian vet and he put a splint on it for about 10 days. The splint has been removed, the break healed and I have been doing therapy to help the leg tendon stretch back to normal so the goose can walk. Looks like the goose may never walk normal, but it is able to get around decently. I'm still working with the goose in an effort to allow it to walk as normal as possible.

Could you post a few pictures of her leg? Is it an open fracture? Is a vet an option?

Can you gently, quickly, but efficiently grab her, and feel where it may have broke?

How you go about treating the fracture, and the pronosis depends on where it broke.
