Broken leg

My 4 week old chicken was chasing a bug in her cage and broke her leg obove the joint. Between the thigh and joint. You can see the brake. I tried to put a wrap in it but I don’t think I did it right. Her leg is totally behind her. It just looks terrible. Please what can I do to correct her leg. She eats and drinks. She has a will to live. Please can someone help me?
 
Do have any pictures? Is the broken bone through the skin? Is the break in the upper femur or lower? Femur fractures can be hard to treat since splinting is hard to accomplish. A vet could help if that is possible, but it would require surgery. I think I would take the splint off. A chicken sling might be of help and fairly easy to make. That way she can be upright in front of food and water and off her leg. So sorry this happened, but I’m not sure that she can survive this.
