Broken serama feathers

My serama rooster looks awful. His tail feathers have broken off from playing. What can I do?

hi is he playing with other roosters or what is he doing to cause the breakage? maybe keep an eye out and find out exactly what's causing the breaking and remove him from whatever he is doing? that's all I can think of to do
if he's rough housing with other roosters perhaps keep them separate for awhile? hope you get it figured out. good luck to you!
