Broken toe, bumblefoot, got, infection?

Okay, so the vet punctured her toe and drained a small amount of fluid from it. He ran a serology test and came back that it was indeed infected which we knew. He didn't find any cuts or wounds on her feet, but said due to her toe being broken she probably caught it on something and it gas already outwardly healed. He prescribed amoxicillin 2 times daily for 10 days and said I did not need to wrap or cover the pucture site. I put some antibiotic cream on it before returning her to the flock. She seems happy to be back with the girls. I'm hoping it will heal quickly. I was in a hurry this morning so I didn't take pictures, but I will try to get some this evening.
Great news.
I hope the antibiotics kick in quickly.

After a $90 vet visit and Amoxicillin prescription, Tilly's toe seems to be getting worse and not better. Today her toe was much more swollen. I made the decision to make a small incision on the top of the toe where there was quite a lot of swelling. I cleaned the area well with alcohol and peroxide as well as cleaning my small knife. I was able to squeeze out a few small hard pieces of what I assume is infection. It wasn't what i expected, but I'm hoping I was able to remove some of the infection and not something important like cartilage. I cleaned it again well and applied an antibiotic cream and sprayed her whole foot with poultry plus vetericyn. I applied a small gauze pad and wrapped her toe with vet wrap so the incision can heal. The pictures below are of her toe today, a small piece of whatever was in her foot, and her toe wrapped.

I'm not sure what else to do. She has 3 doses of Amoxicillin left. Does that small chunk look like infection? What should I do next? I planned on soaking her foot in warm water with Epsom salts and cleaning it again tomorrow.

Any and all suggestions as well as prayers are much appreciated!

I don't think that was anything important like cartilage. Keep up the good efforts. If things really get bad probably just take the toe. And I don't say that lightly. Obviously it would be better if she could keep it, but if the infection is getting worse I'd much rather you save her life than a non-functional toe.

I will definitely take her back to the vet to have it removed if it gets any worse :(
