Broken Toe

I have a female quail that has a broken toe. I think it healed, but she can't even stand up. She just leans on stuff all day. What should I do?

How long has it been since she broke it and why do you think it's broken?
If she's not using the leg, that means it hurts - a lot. Any kind of bearable pain an animal will hide and barely even show a limp. If she's not hiding her pain, and it's been more than a few weeks without improvement, it might be best to put her down.

It's been about 4 months (about mid February). I don't know how she broke it. We looked all over the cage. She is not hiding her pain.
