Broken toe?

A while ago one of my silkies got caught up in a net and her toe got really tangled. I had to cut it out. She ha dno injuries that bled but her toe was crooked, and when I set her down, she waddled a bit. She also has trouble perching, and even fell once. She slowly is learning to deal with it, but its still crooked and--I figured this out when she did fall and stepped on it wrong, screeching-- bends back in a very gross way.

Is this a broken toe? If so, how is it fixed?

Could you post a picture? It sounds like she broke it or there could be some nerve damage.
