broken toes!

Glad I found your posts. I have a Barred Rock who, with a few of my other girls, didn't molt last fall. She is molting now in January. This morning I noticed the toes on her right foot are curled under terribly. When she is standing her foot is up under her and when she walks she limps some. I read about "curly toe" and they said it is caused by a vitamin deficiency. But, how do I know if it is a break and not curly toe? I watched her tonight and she flew up on the roost, but landed only with her left foot. They recommended Vit. B2 for curly toe, but I inadvertently bought B12. Think that will do anything?
