Broken wing

Hello! I have a baby quail that broke it's wing. Like, bone protruding kind of broke. I'm not able to take a picture as it's to hard to hold it and my phone at once without hurting it. Is that something that will heal if kept clean or is it going to be kinder to cull it? We don't have Quail vets around here.

I think it would depend on what bone in the wing is broken. I would try to clean it and see if I could get the bone back in place,then bandage and splint. It needs to be isolated in a quiet place. Others on here will have more knowledge. If its eating and drinking I would give it a chance.
