Hi everyone, hope you knowledgeable members can help,over the last 2 months I have had a problem with several eggs having broken yolks when opening also a higher content of water making a milky solution the eggs taste good but can only be scrambled, when hard boiled they remain soft, it looks like the yolk attaches itself to the shell and tears it open .l think it may be something to do with temperature as it has been hot consistently over the summer months average 98f - 34c which is normal for Spain the flock are free range and lots of shaded areas ,I have included pictures to help, thanks.
