Coop is now finished,...but this pic was during construction,..I'll get new ones up. It's 8' x 16' with a 4x4x8 coop,..and 8x16 run. It's now fully enclosed with 2" x 4" livestock wire, and has a tin roof.

I'm getting a straight run,....dunno exactly what yet,.....but meat chickens (for slaughter)

and I'll have a half dozen laying hens too...

go another coop to build for the hens though,.......

in that 16x 8 coop,.is gonna be the meat chickens,...I'm gonna try and house about 16 birds in there,......when I can expand the run,..I'll get more. I've got a big garden,..so I can't let em free-range.

Meat chicken coop all done! Dims are 8' wide x 16' long,..and 6.5' tall.

will work on the hen coop this weekend.
