In the Brooder
I got pics but haven't figure how to post yet. I made an ohio brooder in my chicken house with the front able to fold up. Put twp heat lamps on top where I cut two holes out. Then I took L shape angles and scred them to my lamps and to the top of the brooder. I also took chains and supported the from the ceiling and laid insulation on top of the brooder. There has been a 30 degree difference from the top to underneath where the chicks are. I open the front to control the heat and only have one 150 watt bulb on.
