Ok so I am new-ish to chickens and should be getting my hatchery chicks in tomorrow. Since it is more then the 4 chicks I had in the house last time, (40 this time) I have to have my new and improved brooder outside in our shop. It has been 90+ here everyday during the day. I was just going to turn the lamps off during the day because I don't think they will need them at all during the day.

Since there is no possible way for me to lower the temperature slowly like most people do... will they be fine in the constant 90+ temps, then with the lamp turned on in the evening? When they are old enough to go into the coop they will be in these temps anyway. Any help is appreciated.
