Brooder to Coop?

welcome-byc.gif
and congratulations on your new little friends. I would place them in the coop for an overnight or two. That will let them find a proper inside roost early on. If you let them into the run right away you may find them huddled in a corner of the run at night. Then you'll be out there putting them inside at night. I leave mine inside for a few days and they figure it out pretty quick. If they are going to free range around your yard you should keep them inside the coop/run area for about a week then they will go back in at night for you. Chickens are very trainable, you'll have great fun....enjoy!
