! not an entry! She had her first baby it's a pretty grayish black with white stripes. Now my buff orpington went broody right after my jersy giants babies started hatching lol. They are 3 days early

thank you! Yes, 4 chicks hatched on easter morning. They are now nearly 5 weeks old and it's a surprise every morning to see how much they've changed overnight. This is my first time raising chicks with a broody mama. I'm thrilled at what an easy and natural experience the whole process has been. The whole flock is integrated and happy.
