The large family again.

This time at the border of the run and the lawn. The rabbit fence on the grass is to stay in control for any escapes.

The cuties are all 1 month old. The bigger chicks are bantam Vorwerk and bantam red Sussex. The 3 tiny ones you can see are Dutch bantams in different colours. 1 is hiding.

Yep! And the baby is a Lavender Buff mix! Sadly, all the really pretty ones end up being roosters.

Awesome! I bet that baby is going to be gorgeous when it grows up. Yeah, I'm familiar with that. That's where I came up with the "Cuteness Theory." The cutest chick in the hatch is a cockerel.
