Brooding Buckeye and Large Light Brahma Chicks Together

I have arranged to get both of the subject breed chicks at the same time and would like to brood them together. However, because the Buckeye chicks are fast growing, it is recommended that I start them w/ hi protein (30%) medicated starter crumbles (game bird starter). The Light Brahmas are a slow growing breed and I wonder if it would be harmful to use the same hi protein game bird starter feed for them?

I have brooded these two breeds together with no problems. It is true Buckeyes prefer a higher protein feed, but it isn't a must. You could get by with a 21%-24% protein starter for both. It takes forever for the Light Brahmas to hit their growth spirt. Mine really took of around 7 months. I have read it takes almost two years for LB to reach full maturity.
