Brooding Quail Outside?

i've always brooded them in the house for a couple days, moved them to a bigger tote in the garage. wait until they've started to grow their feathers, move them outside. then, when they're full grown put them in with the others (if they're an addition to the flock ) :)

That's exactly what I do. I find chicks need an eye keeping on them for the first couple of days, while they find their feet. The easiest way to do that is to walk past them every time you go to the kitchen to make a brew. 😁
