Broody chicken.

Okay so I guess this is the right place to put this thread.

Well my White Rock Hen has gone broody on some eggs. But I don't have a rooster so they won't hatch. What I was thinking put some of my duck eggs under her. So then do you guys think that would work or not?

If the hen is willing it can work. Here is a friend of mine's hen with two ducklings she hatched and raised.

So I put some duck eggs under here but not without getting pecked a couple times. lol
