Our momma Muscovy was the best, sweetest, and most protective mommaShe was also the funniest to watch. This was her first clutch and our fist broody duck, total, she had 16 babies.

Now momma duck will explain the pictures for you all:

Picture- My Beautiful babies! (Even though some look like they're dead...they are all doing great)

Picture- Get away from my baby!!!

Picture- You know, just doing my job, and cleaning my nest!

She is pretty cool! All of her babies and the other clutches we've had since hers(hers hatched in Aprail this year) have been reserved before they hatched...but we have one momma duck that has babies hatching in 30 days!

Sugar Mama with a couple chicks from one of her clutches. She is queen broody she lays exactly 7 eggs then goes broody again. It’s a constant battle to break her every month it’s a battle of will between me and her, if I let her hatch she waits 8 weeks before going broody again.
