Broody duck?

Ok this is my first year with grown ducks. I have two females and one drake. One of the females have been laying a couple eggs daily for the last couple months but lately she's been sitting on the nest in the morning instead of up running around, when I open the coop she jumps up and is with the other two the rest of the day and I grab the eggs. My issue is that I've noticed she's hunched up a lot of the time and very pissy when anyone walks near her. So I looked into it and I'm wondering if she is broody..and am I upsetting her by taking the eggs? I am not at all ready for more ducks, we're just getting the hang of these! What do I do?

Destroy the nest daily as you collect eggs..She isn't a Chicken so should snap out of it soon as long as you collect eggs and destroy her nest...

Unless they are Muscovy then it can be a challenge to break them even if you take eggs and destroy the nest. These girls are stubborn.

That is broody behavior. I remember when my girls first started acting like that I thought there was something wrong with them!
