Broody Hatchalong!

Pics
Thank you! So today is day 21 for my two eggs, technically started day 21 last night at around 5:30. No activity yet. I just tried to candle and its not dark enough to really see the chick but I could see the air sac and it doesn't look internally pipped. Do y'all think they will be alright? I had them in a kind of crappy incubator that was often too cold and constantly went up and down a few degrees. Maybe they will just be a little late?
How cold did it get?
Usually, they internally pip on day 19, externally pip on day 20, and hatch on day 21.

I candled the two eggs under my broody hen last night!
*I had decided to only give her two standard eggs because she is a bantam*
anyhow, both eggs are on day seventeen today - and when I canceled last night they both looked like they were developing nicely! No bad smells, blood rings, or cracks.
Granted my candling setup is not that great, but I could clearly see the bright air cell - and then the rest of the egg-filled with the dark shadow of a chick. I was also able to see slight veins on one of the eggs, so I have high hopes that they are going to hatch!

When canceling eggs do you look to see if they are internally pipped at the air sac? I’m worried because I don’t see anything and I’m on day 21. When should I consider helping them out?
Yes. You candle and look for internal pips.
@CluckNDoodle , I hope you don't mind if I use this pic as an example.

Let me know what you see when candling before assisting.

Nothing in any of them? 😩
One is totally dead☹️. I have a friend who has had to do this a lot and he helped me out. Made a small emergency hold in the air sac and we did see movement. And a TON of large blood vessels. He must just be reeeaaallly slow then. So I cranked up the humidity and it looks to be doing good. The other one appeared to have died days ago.

Aw, I'm sorry.
Just don't touch him anymore, and hope that he absorbs the veins ok.
