broody hen abandoned eggs a few hours ago--should I try to save the eggs?

If yes, how? I don't have an incubator but I have a heat lamp (which I'm using to try to save the two chicks that hatched that she abandoned).

I gather time is of the essence here with keeping the eggs warm?

What day are the eggs on? Did you candle to see if they were alive? I've never made a makeshift incubator but hopefully someone who has will help you!

I think it would be worth trying to save them if you have the supplies to make a makeshift incubator. if you need some help making a makeshift incubator there are tons of great articles on here.
