I posted About a week and a half ago about one of my hens going broody.
Is it common for Old English Bantam hens to go broody and are they good mamas? My neighbors have the same breed and 4 of their hens are setting as well.
This is my first experience with a broody bantam.
GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE!

Reading around it seems to be a common thing among game breeds.

A few people prefer Asil's, which look more like a Road Runner than a chicken but as a fighting breed, they're aggressive in defending their flock, great foragers, etc...

She's so funny when she's broody and gets so frustrated when we take her off the nest to eat. Poor little girl.... those golf balls are doomed to fail
