Broody hen gone un-broody?

So my sister has an easter egger, whom was broody. Then we built a new pen and put her and a few more hens + a rooster with her. Now she refuses to sit on any eggs. I mean she looks at them and pushes them underneath her while standing, but won't sit on them. Any ideas as to what to do? Is she not broody now or what?

The change to the new pen apparently made her lose her broodiness.

She may become broody again, though.
