Broody Hen! Help!

My silkie has been sitting for about 21 days and, i went to check on her today and one chick was in the corner dieing and its shell right next to it, i lifted her up and there was one egg that had a little hole in it and it was still going but i went out 10 mins ago and it has stopped, how long should i leave the eggs under her? I don't wanna take them out if there is a chance they might hatch!

Hatching is a long and difficult process for the chicks, I wouldn't do anything with the eggs until three days after the hatch date.

Two of them hatched the rest I cracked open and they were just yolks with a little bit of blood

Blood is a sign of chicks dying inside the egg. Good luck with your new hatchlings!!
