Broody hen needs eggs!!

Does anyone have eggs they need tested or eggs for cheap? She is sitting on the only 2 fertile eggs I have. Poor thing.

If even just one of the eggs hatch, she will be a happy momma.

My brother had one who went broody with no eggs at all. He tried several times to get her to stop. He got 4 eggs from me and set them all under her at once. Only one hatched, and she was still tickled pink.

Good luck on those eggs! I hope they hatch for her!

yes, i need standard white cochin eggs tested, will give them to you free if you pay shipping. but it will be at least 3 days before i have dozen, though, is that alright?

You can always buy a dozen from a local farmer (check your craigslist) or your local farmers market. They are usually fertile.

If you have a freecycle in the area, post on there for eggs.
