Broody hen question

I have a broody hen that all she does is sit on a nest. She has been doing this for about 2 weeks now but I take any and all eggs from the nest every day. If I bought some hatching eggs will she continue to lay or are they on some kind of natural timer. Will she all of a sudden stop when she thinks the eggs will hatch.?

when people have a broody hen setting on non-fertile eggs, they do buy some hatching eggs and do a trade. Usually this works. They really don't have a timer, some would sit forever
if not removed from the nest.

Ok I am going to try it she is a good layer but has stopped and her broodiness seems to affect the other birds laying. I ll let u know how it goes

My hen that went broody has been laying on eggs for 22 days how long until they hatch?

My hen only hatched 1 chick but it is very curious. I am going to let her raise it and see why happens
