Broody Hen Stopped Laying

I have a small Crested Polish. She went broody about a month and a half ago. Actually, we thought she managed to escape our yard but she'd show up randomly, like every Tuesday, and we'd try to locate any places she could be getting out and by the time we turned around she was gone again. Turns out she made a nest in an overgrown garden box and had been sitting on a clutch of eleven eggs. We took them away, and not knowing we needed to do anything special, we just put her in the coop for the next couple of nights. So now she's back to normal except she hasn't laid an egg since. Is this normal?

Yes, a broody hen will stop laying - and once they come out of the broodiness it can take a bit for them to go back to laying.

How do I get her out of her broodiness? One of my hens just stays in the laying box! She gets off once a day to feed but she's been there for weeks now!?
