Hi, my chicken Vera has been brooding for a month now, and yesterday when I took her out of the nest box to get her to eat, she vomited over and over again. The seeds and feed she'd eaten came right back up. I also noticed that her poop looks like it's undigested feed. She's been walking backwards off and on for months, and I regularly do rounds of vitamin E/B complex/selenium supplementation. I'm currently doing one.

Does anyone recognize this set of symptoms? Any ideas for why she's vomiting, and what could be preventing her from digesting food? Thank you.

Are you sure she's brooding?
Sounds like she's not well.

If she's not sitting on fertile eggs, then consider moving her so you can give her extra care. Get her up, walking and moving.
Treat the neurological symptoms with vitamins - 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a treat of egg.
Do encourage her to eat her normal feed.
Treat the crop like it's sour and impacted (article linked below).

The neurological symptoms along with the crop not functioning well, may point to disease like Marek's, but that would be hard to know unless you lose her and have a necropsy.
