Broody hen with a new mama and chicks?

Can I place a 2nd small coop in the same run with a new mama and her 4 x 1 week old chicks? I need to make a decision today and get it set up for Doris the slightly dim silkies safety (and the eggs!) tonight if I can. I built a barricade around her last night and while the others didn't lay eggs on her today they knocked down the barrier and not sure if they pecked her or not (she is soooooooo gentle it isnt' funny!).
A few more questions were posted in the raising new chicks area but havent' had any replies so thought I'd try in here!

I would do whatever to protect her, if possible a see/no touch barrier, a small coop inside the same run is also a good idea.

Thanks Kris - going to try putting them in the same run an if that doesn't work I'll move Doris into another run!
