hi all, we are new to BYC and we're not sure if this is the right place to ask this.
our broody hen is tucking her head under her and walking backwards. she is sitting on two
eggs that should hatch 2 or 3 days, the problem is she can't sit on them and we don't have and can't get an incubator in time.

Thanks so much! We also made a post under injuries, hopefully we can figure this out. Do you think we should make another under incubating/hatching? Thanks again.

See if you can find out what the problem is with the hen and if she cannot continue sitting, you can make a plan with an emergency incubator. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just keep the temperature in it as close as possible to 99*F and no higher than 101*F and try and keep it humid around the eggs, 65%-75%. Good luck and keep us posted!

We were making an incubator but decided to borrow our neighbors-- it is not set up yet but they are still under the hen until it is ready. Thank you for all your help!

PS. you need 10 posts before posting a pic right?

No, you can post a pic now already. So is the hen sitting on the eggs? How is she doing now?

I would research wry/crook neck. I'm not sure that it her problem, but it can be treated with isolation for quiet, vitamin E, selenium, and Polyvisol baby vitamins.
