We candled at day 10 and 16. It was hard to see much at day 16.

Hang in there.... sit on your hands!
You might be able to tell if they've pipped if mama starts clucking at them.

I looked. 2 pipped and one has since hatched. It’s cute, grey with a white undefined spot on the head. I’ll try and take a pic later. Mom is Ameracauna and dad is Barred Rock. Can they be easily sexed early on?

Yep, sure can and if all goes to plan anybody with a head spot should be male.

I don't think with that combo.
If it was a solid (male) over a barred(female)...
...then the headspot would indicate male at hatch.
