One of our hens is broody and has been for 2-3 weeks she wont eat or drink ,except the few times that I took her out and literally had to dip her beak in the water to get her to take one sip. What should I do?

Broody hens typically get off the nest once a day to eat, drink and poop. They sneak it when you aren't looking.

Is she sitting on eggs? If not, you would either want to slip some day old chicks under her at night, or break her broodiness if you don't want more chickens. (search breaking a broody and you'll find lots of info) Chickens can't tell time, so she will continue sitting to the detriment of her health.

Totally normal. She'll get off when she wants to. You could move the water close to her if there's room.
