THEY ALL HATCHED. ALL 8 HATCHED. I AM SO HAPPY.
I HAD WRITTEN OFF THE LAST TWO EGGS, BUT, TO MY SURPRISE, THEY HATCHED.
THE LAST TWO ARE ; YELLOW (THIS ONE I AM NOT CONFIDENT THAT IT WILL SURVIVE), THE SECOND ONE IS BLACK WITH RED WINGS AND A RED FOREHEAD (FROM SECOND BLUE EGG FROM BLUE EE HEN )

ALL HAVE BEEN MOVED TO A BIGGER AREA, OUT OF DOG KENNEL.

They are so cute! You guys, I'm so jealous. I have to wait til Thursday for the one egg under my broody. Then Saturday the bator at my friends and then the next Saturday my bator here. I can't wait!
 
Hi, my bantam hatched a chick three weeks ago when there was a lot of snow here, she had only one egg [which I had missed] under her hence one chick. The chick is growing well and the banty and silkie cockerel seem to be both feeding it, I bet it is a cockerel chick though.
