I had everything set up. She is used to a square nesting box, so I place a cardboard flat on top of the wood shavings. I thought that would help her settle, since there were sides to the box, although they were low sides. I put shavings in the box along with 2 golfballs, then moved her at night, when everyone was roosting. The next day, she was still on the box, but had kicked out all the wood shavings. I took out the golfballs and place the eggs under her. She accepted them without any fuss. I have the food and water close to her and she's good. She has even put shavings around herself again.
ETA: She is wearing a fleece saddle. It is camouflage so she is difficult to see.
