We're getting warmer here. DH has been out of town, but when he returns he'll move the snow away from the outside door so the sun can melt a path. The days have been so sunny, that I think the birds will be willing to go out if they see ground. They are getting pretty sick of the barn. I think she'll take them out for a little. I'll let momma use her discretion.
( It didn't break open, just cracked a bit. I took it out and stopped trying to candle. I went back out the next day to candle the other 9 eggs. I think I could see a little veining on a few, put still really hard to tell. I'll try to check them again in a few days. I thought they would be due to hatch around March 12. If I check them again today, I should be able to tell if they are developing or not right? Oh, one of the eggs had no visible air sac. All of the others had very clear ones. Is that bad? Should I get rid of that one?
