Do a float test? Warm water in a glass, put the egg in and watch. If it moves and makes ripples..baby is good. I think if it sinks..its bad. Can google float test unless someone knows more detail.
I almost pitched one till I did this and the darn thing chirped..lol
 
I separated the last one to hatch because it isn’t walking too well yet and the others won’t leave it alone. Do I need water in there yet where it only hatched 6 hours ago? Or can I leave it in here with nothing and put them all back together in a few hours when it’s perked up a little?

Since it was a late hatcher I would put food and water in with it.
I would keep a close watch on the temp in the area it is so it doesn't get to chilled or overheat.
